Callum Pelling
Founder, Technical Director
Callum started his career in 2014 as a Follow Spot Op on his school production of Sweeney Todd. After getting involved in this show, Callum realised that this was going to be his life. He started training with a local company learning all components of the industry whilst operating live events and after 4 years split off and started Priiism Av. Now, Callum takes a forward role in the company, not only running the day to day tasks, but getting out on every job he can, helping and supporting the team. Callum has extensive training in both sound and lighting from his time doing theatre and Live bands. More recently, he built up his video knowledge with the uptake in virtual and hybrid events, meaning he could make sure the company would be able to supply enough knowledge for any event. He is more than proud to be part of The amazing team at Priiism Av.
Sam Lewis
Stage Manager, Artistic Director
Sam Lewis has been a fashion & costume designer for over seven years. Sam is very passionate about his work and enjoys all aspects of fashion and costume design. He graduated in 2016 with a BA (hons) in Musical Theatre from MET (Greater Brighton Metropolitan College).
Sam has a very unique vision, he incorporates his passion for Art into Fashion. By combining the world of Art, Fashion and Costume he has the desire to create stunning and unique Fashion concepts. Over the last few years, Sam has enjoyed creating costumes for local productions and fashion shows within the Bexhill & Hastings area. He has a bubbly personality with the passion and drive for designing success
Sam Started working with Priiism AV in 2020, working on the design team for many events, working on shows as stage managment and working with the local team as a crew chief. Sam now sits on the core team working as a designer for many events coming through the door.
Dominic Adkin
Videographer, Editor, Stage Assistant
